Site Readiness for Installation and IQ/OQ of LOGOSCREEN 601 and LOGOSCREEN 700

A. Prerequisites for Installation

1. Power supply wiring and all input signal connections to the recorder must be completed in advance.

2. The recorder and the PC intended for data storage must be connected via LAN cable.

3. If the PC is part of the customer’s existing LAN network, a dedicated IP address must be assigned by the IT department prior to installation.

4. The list of users to be created in the recorder and associated software must be finalized beforehand.

5. The corresponding user access rights and passwords must also be defined and made available in advance.

B. Prerequisites for IQ/OQ

1. Power supply wiring and all input signal connections to the recorder must be completed before the IQ/OQ activity.

2. The recorder and the PC intended for data storage must be connected via LAN cable.

3. If the PC is part of the customer’s existing LAN network, a dedicated IP address must be assigned by the IT department in advance.

4. All required JUMO software for the recorder must be installed on the connected PC prior to IQ/OQ.

5. Calibration of all sensors connected to the recorder is entirely within the customer’s scope.

   • All sensors must either:

     • Be pre-calibrated with valid calibration certificates, or

     • Be calibrated on-site during IQ/OQ.

   • The calibration engineer must be present on the IQ/OQ date along with all necessary calibration equipment.

6. The electrical wiring drawing number and a copy of the approved drawing must be provided in advance.

7. The machine on which IQ/OQ is to be performed must be made fully available to the JUMO engineer.

8. No production or test cycles shall be run on the machine during execution of IQ/OQ.

9. All responsible customer personnel must be present during the IQ/OQ activity.

10. The device F-Nr (serial number) must be provided in advance so it can be included in the IQ/OQ documentation.

11. All required documentation numbers must be provided by the customer in advance, including (but not limited to):

• Risk Analysis No.

• Qualification Plan No.

• Qualification Conclusion Report No.

• Measurement Point Directory No.

• Validation Master Plan No.

• Deviation Report No.

Note

The above-mentioned data can also be entered into the IQ/OQ documentation by the JUMO engineer. However, the same must be reviewed and formally confirmed by the customer.
